  • We are an Australian company with headquarters at Shop 3, 90 Surf Parade, Broadbeach QLD 4218. As an Australian company, we are regulated by Australian laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We are also responsible as a business for the handling of your personal information under those laws.

  • We are also responsible for upholding the Spam Act 2003 in relation to electronic direct marketing and respect and follow the confidentiality principles.

  • Urban Fish Market (UFM) is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are available and pricing is true and correct. Every effort has been made to ensure that this web site is free from errors or omissions.

  • PLEASE NOTE: As this is an online store; our primary means of communication with you will be via the email address listed on your UFM order. UFM will not be held responsible for any missed communication due to the email address being incorrect. If you have more than one email address, please check all email accounts before contacting UFM.

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY

  • We endeavour to keep our website stock accurate and only display products currently available for sale.

  • In the event of a product selling out due to high demand we will update the website as soon as we are aware of the item having sold out.

  • We will contact you and discuss your preferred handling of the order should you have ordered an item that has just sold out. We will either initiate a refund or place a pre-order for when stock is back and available again.

  • Due to the nature of working with seasonal and natural products, there may be unforeseen conditions such as weather events that interrupt the supply of our fresh seafood. If this does occur, and your order cannot be filled, you will be contacted via email or text to arrange a refund, credit or alternative selection.

PAYMENT – METHODS AND PROCESSING

PRICES

  • Urban Fish Market (UFM) reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on our online site at any time. The price payable for the goods shall be the price applicable on the date the goods are confirmed as ordered.

 

CURRENCY

  • All prices are shown in Australian dollars.

GST / TAXES

 

  • Once we receive your order we verify it, you receive the order confirmation with the invoice attached. We prepare the order and deliver as per agreement.

  • All deliveries are according to the schedule sent out each cycle.

  • If you have not received your delivery in the pick up cycle it suggests that we have ran into a wholesale supply issue. Please look out for a refund of those items not in your order delivery.

  • All our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and where applicable they include GST (Goods and Services Tax) for Australian residents.

  • UFM currently accepts Credit Card Payments via Stripe gateway.

  • Goods are considered sold to you one the total amount has been approved and payed to our account.

  • Placing your order means you are unconditionally accepting the prices and descriptions of the items you have ordered.
